We’ll review symptoms, history, allergies, and red flags. If treatment is appropriate, we can send a prescription to your local pharmacy. If your story suggests complicated infection, pyelonephritis, male UTI with systemic symptoms, pregnancy-related concerns, or anything that needs labs/in-person exam first, we’ll say so and direct you appropriately.
Infants/young children sick visits; emergency symptoms (high fever with shaking chills, flank pain with vomiting, inability to keep fluids down) — seek urgent in-person care. We are not a pediatric sick-visit clinic for children under about age 12.
