Should I use telemedicine or go to urgent care?
If you're having chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or loss of consciousness, go to the emergency room. For everything else — fever, cough, sinus infection, rash, minor aches, or if you're just not sure — message us first. Most of the time, you can solve it from home.
How much does a visit cost?
$29 to $79 per visit, or $49 a month for a membership with visits and messaging included. No insurance approvals, no hidden co-pays, no deductibles.
Do you accept my insurance?
We're a cash-pay service, so insurance doesn't apply. Our prices are often cheaper than a typical co-pay anyway, and you don't wait weeks for an appointment.
How do I get a prescription refilled?
Log into your patient portal, request a refill, and describe what you need. We'll review it and send it to your pharmacy, usually within a few hours.
Can a doctor really help with back pain over video?
Yes, for most cases. We can assess your pain, review MRIs or X-rays, recommend physical therapy, discuss medication, and tell you honestly if you need in-person care.
What if I need imaging reviewed?
If your doctor recommended surgery or you want a second opinion, send us your images through the portal and we'll walk you through what they show.
Is telemedicine safe for my kid's fever?
Yes, for straightforward cases. We can assess symptoms, decide if antibiotics are needed, and tell you if they need to be seen in person.
What about routine thyroid or blood pressure management?
That's our bread and butter. If you're on a stable dose and just need refills or adjustments, telemedicine is perfect. We can order labs if needed.
Can I message a doctor, or do I have to do video visits?
Both. Video works well for complex issues; messaging is great for quick questions and refill requests.
What hours are you available?
Evenings, weekends, holidays — whenever you need us.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most messages get answered same day. Video visits can usually be scheduled within 24 hours.
