What a visit costs

Most people start with a single visit. The membership is worth a look if you're managing something ongoing — a chronic condition, TRT, or a weight loss program — where you'll be checking in regularly. You don't need it to be seen.

What's included

• A video visit with a licensed Oklahoma physician, not a chatbot or a call center
• Any prescription that comes out of the visit, sent electronically to your pharmacy
• Lab orders or physical therapy referrals when they're appropriate
• An honest answer if what you've got needs in-person care instead

What you won't be charged for

• No after-hours surcharge. Nights, weekends, and holidays are the same $69.
• No membership requirement. Pay for a visit, get a visit.
• No insurance approvals, co-pays, or deductibles — we're cash-pay, so none of that applies.

What this replaces

A typical urgent care visit runs $100 to $200 or more before any tests or medications, plus the drive and the wait. An emergency room visit for something that turns out not to be an emergency can run into the thousands. For a large share of what sends people to urgent care on a weekend night, a video visit gets you the same answer from your couch.

Costs you may still have separately: medications at your pharmacy, and lab work if we order it, which you pay the lab directly.
